Shipping International

Due to new packaging guidelines, shipping to some countries is no longer available. As the additional conditions and associated costs mean an extraordinary amount of extra work, these would clearly outweigh the benefits. I am really very sorry!

Orders from the affected countries will be canceled by me and the refund will of course be arranged.

The standard shipping method is “Warenpost International Premium” and applies to items up to 1000g.

The costs start at 8.00 € up to a weight of 1000g.

If the weight is exceeded, the costs for international shipping increase depending on the weight:

Up to 1kg - 8,00 € (incl. tracking and insurance up to 20 Euro)

Up to 2kg - 16,00 € (incl. tracking and insurance up to 50 Euro)

Up to 5kg - 30,00 € (incl. tracking and insurance up to 500 Euro)

If you would like insurance and parcel tracking, you can select DHL Paket at any time when checking out, even for smaller deliveries.

You will receive the tracking number as soon as the label has been created and the parcel is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Shipping from Germany, between Monday and Friday.

International orders usually arrive within 8 to 30 business days. Due to current, international events it can take up to 90 days.

A tracking number is inculded in shipping costs.

In case your country isn't listed there, the tracking number only includes a proof of shipping until handover to international transport.

Fees

International buyers outside EU are responsible for any custom duties. I cannot declare the packages as "gift" with false amounts.
