Return Policy

We accept returns within fourteen days if the products show no defects or signs of use. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

If the purchase was made more than 14 days ago, no refund or exchange can be made.

In addition, the following items are generally excluded from return:

> Downloadable products

> Custom-made products (e.g. commissioned work or originals)

> reduced items / discontinued items

You will be informed of the return address by e-mail after contacting us if the order is eligible for return.

Refund

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment after receipt and inspection of the goods.

Please note that refunds by credit card may take several days until the chargeback is visible and posted. If in doubt, please contact your credit card company. If the credit card company does not see a refund, please contact us again.

We reserve the right to make only a partial refund or to refuse to refund individual items if we receive items that are not in their original condition or are damaged and the defects are not attributable to the seller.
